Returns & Exchanges – Australia

1. General Information

At Kizzme, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Consumer Rights – Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, Australian consumers are entitled to consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Customers are entitled to:

• a refund or replacement in the event of a major failure, and

• a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a minor fault and does not meet reasonable expectations of quality.

A major failure includes situations where:

• the product is significantly different from its description,

• the product is unsafe or faulty,

• the product is not fit for purpose and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.

⚠️ Change-of-mind returns are not required by Australian law. They may only be accepted if explicitly offered by Kizzme under its commercial policy.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in reasonable condition. Where possible, they should include original packaging.

Some products may be excluded from return, including:

• customised or personalised products,

• hygiene-related items,

• perishable goods.

Proof of purchase is required for any return.

You will receive return instructions.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund, repair or replacement will be provided in line with the ACL.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, Kizzme will cover return shipping costs.

• In other situations, return costs may be payable by the customer.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible under the same conditions as above. When submitting your request, please specify the desired product or size.
